About
Supplements and medicines mix. Nobody was checking.
Most people who take a prescription also take something from a health-food shelf, and the two are rarely looked at together. Intaq exists to do that checking for one person at a time, in plain words, and to be honest when the evidence runs out.
What we built
Intaq is a personal service. You tell it once what you take and what you live with, and it checks every supplement against your medicines, your conditions and each other, then tells you what to change. It reads a label photo, a plate photo or a spoken question, keeps a food diary, reminds you of doses, and covers a household of up to four adults with private records for each.
Every caution traces back to published evidence and is reviewed by people before it reaches you. Where there is no evidence, there is no caution. Intaq never diagnoses, treats or prescribes; it gives you and your clinician a clear picture to decide from.
How we work
- No advertising, and your data is never sold. The free plan is paid for by the paid plans, not by you being the product.
- Your records are yours. Download everything as a file or delete the account, from inside the app, at any time. Payments run through Stripe and we never see your card number.
- Honest about limits. A weak signal is a caution, not a ban, and an unknown is called an unknown.
- Built for a household, not just a user. Each adult chooses what to share; children's food is covered and children's supplements are left to their clinician.
Who we are
Intaq is built and operated by Intaq Health Inc., a company in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Canadian privacy law applies to everything we hold, and the privacy policy lists every provider we use and what each one receives.
