Refund policy
When Intaq refunds a subscription payment, and how to ask.
In short: Cancel any time and keep the plan to the end of the paid period. Ask within 14 days of a first payment or a yearly renewal and we refund it in full. Monthly renewals are not refunded; cancel before the renewal date instead. Nothing here removes a refund right the law gives you.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel a Premium or Household subscription in the app at any time, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then continues on the Free plan with your history intact.
2. Refunds we give
- First payment. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund it in full.
- Yearly renewal. If you ask within 14 days of a yearly renewal, we refund that renewal in full.
- Our fault. If a paid feature was unavailable for a significant part of a period because of a fault on our side, or we withdraw a paid feature you relied on, we refund the unused part of the period.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges. Refunded in full.
Monthly renewals are not refunded; cancel before the renewal date instead.
3. How to ask
Write to us through the contact page using the email address on your account and say which payment you mean. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
4. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the consumer-protection law of your province or country, including any right to cancel a contract made at a distance within the period that law allows.
