How a household works
Each person chooses what to share
Private, watch or care. Watch lets a family member see how you are doing. Care lets them keep your medication list current, and nothing else.
Children's profiles, included
Add a child under Household. Their food diary and food goals use age-based targets. Children's supplementation is a clinician's call, so the supplement features stay adults-only.
A login for teenagers
A teenager can get their own limited login, handed over by a parent. Parents keep the settings.
Meals scored for everyone
Plan a family meal and see how it serves each person's needs, including the children, with every item checked against the adults' medicines.
A shopping list that knows the gaps
Type your list as you would write it, such as 2 kg rice or 12 eggs. Intaq weighs it against what everyone in the household needs this week and shows what to add.

Adults take a seat; children's profiles do not. Everyone in the household gets everything in Premium.
Whose records are they?
Each adult's records are their own. The organizer pays and invites; they see only what each person has chosen to share. Anyone can leave the household, and an adult who leaves keeps their account and their history. If the organizer deletes their account, the household is dissolved and its child profiles are deleted.
Intaq never emails a child. A teenager's login link is handed over by the parent.
Questions families ask
Can I use it for my child?
For food, yes: a child's diary and goals live under your household. Supplements for children are a clinician's call, so Intaq does not build supplement plans for anyone under 18.
Can I manage my parent's medicines?
If they choose care, you can keep their medication list current. Their plan, diary and conversations stay theirs unless they share more.
What if we are more than four adults?
A household covers the organizer and three invited adults. A fifth adult opens their own account on any plan.
How do I cancel?
In the app, under your plan. Cancelling stops the next charge; everyone keeps the paid features until the end of the period already paid for. Prices and the refund window are on the pricing page.
