How it works
Two minutes to set up, then every supplement, meal and medicine you add is checked against the rest. Here is what happens, in the order you meet it.
Step 1

Step 2
Your goals, the medicines you take, your conditions and allergies, and a few basics such as age and weight. Typed, spoken, or from a label photo. When something changes, you update one field and every plan re-checks itself.
Step 3
A short list of supplements with a dose that is right for you, what time of day to take each one, and a plain reason for anything Intaq held back because of a medicine or a condition. Nothing is added to your records until you confirm it.
Step 4
Each item gets a band, the reason and the action. If the evidence does not cover a combination, Intaq says it does not know rather than guessing.
Type or speak a question about a food, a supplement or a medicine. The answer knows your list, so it is about you, not about people in general.
Type a meal or take a photo of the plate. Intaq drafts what it sees, you confirm, and every line is checked against your medicines. A 30-day view shows what you actually got.
Take a photo of the label. Intaq reads the ingredients and tells you whether the product fits you and what it would change.
Reminders for each dose, a daily schedule you can tick off, and an optional morning briefing by email that sums up the day: doses, food, anything to watch. Reply STOP to any email to mute everything.
Tell Intaq what you felt. It helps you narrow down the likely cause and suggests a smaller dose or a pause, so you can talk to your clinician with a clear picture.
One household plan covers up to four adults, each with private records, plus children's food diaries and goals. How it works for families.
Intaq does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never replaces your clinician or pharmacist. It tells you what published evidence says about the things you take, in plain words, so you can decide together. Read how Intaq stays careful and the medical disclaimer.
