Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions people ask most.
Is Intaq medical advice?
No. Intaq gives wellness support and safety information about supplements, medicines and food. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and it does not replace your clinician or pharmacist. Every plan says so in its header.
Why does my plan not include something I asked for?
Because one of your medicines or conditions, an allergy or a safe limit rules it out, or because the evidence does not support it for you. The plan tells you which. Intaq never guesses to fill a gap.
Why is my dose different from the bottle?
The plan works within published reference intakes for your age, sex and body size, and lowers amounts where a condition or medicine calls for it. Product labels are not written for you.
Can I use it for my child?
Children’s supplementation is a clinician’s call. Inside a household you can keep a child’s food diary and goals, and give a teenager a limited login; the supplement features are adults-only.
Where is my data stored?
In a managed database in Singapore, processed on servers in the United States. The privacy policy lists every provider, what each receives, and how long everything is kept.
Can I get my data out, or delete everything?
Yes, from Your data & account in the account menu: download a JSON file of everything, or delete the account and its data.
Does it work in Chinese?
Yes: Simplified and Traditional Chinese, chosen from the account menu. Amounts and medicine names stay exactly as they are.
What does it cost?
See the pricing page. Cancelling is in your billing portal and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
